One of the first projects Amy and I worked on together was the launch of a community platform for a membership organisation we’re both involved with. She was a tower of strength from the get-go, from learning how to use the new software and managing the membership databases to designing the necessary processes to maintain the platform after launch. This was a complex project, requiring a cool head and excellent administrative and problem-solving skills.
