My pricing structure involves simple, transparent rates, with no sneaky hidden fees.

I offer flexible service packages to suit your business needs. My time is tracked to the minute and I provide detailed time reports with all work completed – making my services cost-effective and practical.

If we decide that we’re a good fit for each other, I include an initial onboarding and support planning call, free of charge.

Ad-hoc support

Let us handle the administrative details, so you can focus on your core business activities.

This option is ideal for one-off tasks or when you need occasional assistance. Ad hoc support is charged at my hourly rate of £35 per hour.
I use time-tracking software and charge by the minute. This means that if you contract me to complete a single task which takes me 2 hours 17 minutes, you’ll pay for that time and no more.

Monthly Retainers

Stay organized and responsive

Monthly retainers are ideal for if you need ongoing, regular support or for assistance with projects. My packages are charged at £30 per hour and are available in blocks of 10-30 hours per month, dependent on availability.

I include a free 1 hour catch up call per month to review how our partnership is working and to discuss any changes in your business needs.
I use time-tracking software and you’ll only pay for your agreed retainer hours. I monitor my hours and will contact you well in advance should your package need reviewing. Any extra hours will be charged at my hourly rate of £35 per hour and you will be consulted before any extra hours are worked.

By partnering up with me, you’ll be investing in effective core support without the extra ongoing costs of hiring an employee. Since I am self-employed, you don’t pay any employer tax, National Insurance, pensions contributions, holiday pay, sick pay, training costs or office equipment.

You may look at my rates and consider it cheaper to just do it yourself, but your hourly rate is likely to be significantly higher than mine and the more time you spend dealing with your own admin, the less billable hours you have available to spend on client work. My support services are cost-effective, transparent and provide sustainable solutions to your administrative burdens.
